Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at neurotoysai.info@gmail.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.

Processing Times
As a dropshipping store, delivery takes 7–14 business days. Please account for this before raising a concern.
